Water Baby

Helen is at a conference in Melbourne so we minded the twins today. It started off well when we picked them up at 8:30 for swimming lessons but half way there Ella threw up in a big way all over the back of the car. Ayman still enjoyed his lesson and although he had one very small vomit later seemed fine. Ella had a subdued afternoon and also had to miss her ballet class but no more sickness so hopefully it's over. 
That meant a pretty quiet day for us with a few quiet games and stories with them. Omar cooked dinner. Now back at our place.
