Daily Bread

For more years than I can remember B. has been baking bread in our Panasonic bread machine.  We purchased it in USA when we were wintering in AZ, carried it to Scotland when we moved there, and finally back to Canada.  I think by the photo you can see why it is a prized possession., and why B. is the bread baker.
Late in the day.... after the family tax returns were done and dusted (actually netfiled) I found 2 very brown bananas in the freezer and another in the pantry.  Nothing to do but bake banana bread, using gluten-free flour so all can enjoy it.
