Tulip (Day 3643)

Another day on the bathroom refit and the morning was spent fighting with wet wall. I was either fighting with full sheets of it outside in the wind, or fighting cut sheets into the bathroom. This is one of the most difficult bathrooms in terms of access I have worked in. The room is tiny which makes things difficult anyway, but having the stairs opposite the bathroom door just adds a degree of difficulty that I could do without.
Thankfully I had the wet wall done by lunchtime, and after lunch I fitted the shower, then removed the basin and vanity unit so I could remove the plasterboard behind it. I finished off the day be sealing around the wet wall which means I can fit the new shower enclosure tomorrow. 
Unusually, my beautiful wife was home before me today.
