Exam season

I thought it would be a good idea to spend a couple of hours in the Botanics before my afternoon session at the Medical School. It was so cold, after wandering round the greenhouses I repaired to Hillhead library instead. What a contrast to the scorching temperatures yesterday.

A busy afternoon reprising my actor patient role 12 times in under 3 hours. All fast paced with very little time to properly evidence performance. By and large they were all pretty good at asking probing questions gently. Only one was able to accurately comment on an ECG read out. It was a normal one which I felt was a bit unfair, but realistic for atrial fibrillation which comes and goes.
I’m so glad my exam days are over, probably.
