I have three of these shrubs which survive everything thrown at them. They keep the yellow leaves all year round so do provide a little colour in Winter.

I have been weight-lifting today. Tedwin arranged for lightweight foldable scooter to be demonstrated and find out if I could lift it into our small car. The one was much too heavy but I was more successful with the other which has only just been released for production. It was in union jack colours so looked a bit “tarty”. I managed to get it in and out again without doing myself damage. We have ordered one (red) which will arrive in couple of weeks. It only has a range of nine miles, more than I can walk these days.
