Awful allergic symptoms continue

In the morning I woke up at 6 am and realized that I had problems in breathing properly. 

Walked to medicine box and seached more meds. The situation was helped for the day, but in the evening the symptoms came back. With kind of "tickling" feeling in to my nose, palate and sinues. 

Suddently I understood and checked the pollen situation. And there was the answer: the silver birch has started the season! I cn not understand, how it is possible, as there has been almost wintry nights and also cold days. Only +4c daytime temperatures!

Anyway I took one more antihistamine pill, desloratadine, and it helped a bit. We then drove to a common sauna of Alinen and dipped also in the lake. 

In the evening I chatted about the situation with a doctor and had  a new antihistamine order into pharmcia.

Only +4c daytime, but the evening was a vit warmer +6v, lake was +8c.
