St George’s Day

Sunshine with a gentle breeze, has summer arrived, is it on its way, certainly felt like it as Paddy and I stopped off on our walk for a coffee in Pendennis Castle cafe. Sitting in the sunshine watching the world go by, we also took our time walking round the perimeter looking out at views not bettered by many places.
I checked the cannons, no sign of any preparations for a birthday gun salute tomorrow, I can always dream.

Looking forward to the weekend, just a day to go and as is normal Mrs S and I have packed nothing.
