The Shadow Of What Was Lost

Yesterday, I finished reading this book. It's a fantasy novel, part 1 of the Licanius trilogy and it was brilliant!

The characters are great, the world building is fantastic, there are so many twists and turns and things just keep getting more and more dramatic! If you're into fantasy, I highly recommend it. This is one of my favourite reads and I'm looking forward to continuing the series. Next though, I'm reading the prequel to The Blacktongue Thief by Christopher Buehlman, The Daughters' War, which I've been looking forward to.
