Dinner

Did 2 & a bit hours on the plot. Weeding paths, cutting edge of one path, 13mtrs long, with floristry scissors. I know! My shears are useless, but it's only once a year. Probably good exercise.
Got to Mum's. A lot going on this morning.. :-(.
Gave mum breakfast, got her settled in the armchair to have a sleep,. Whizzed around the heath with Indie. Postponed respite home visit by an hour. Surgery rang, spoke to doctor, paramedic would make a home visit after lunch.
Mum much better for a sleep. Left her watching TV.
Drove out to BT, looked around the retirement home.. Not sure. First one I've looked at, so need comparisons.
Back to CK. Made Mum a slightly later lunch. Definately more lively for a sleep. Paramedic came at 3pm. Checked Mum over. Hip pain probably age related/lack of mobility. Ibuprofen & paracetamol. Will refer to Physio for a home visit. Paramedics Christian name was Indie which slightly confused matters when he arrived with Indie going bonkers. Named after Indiana Jones, nothing to do with conception :-))
Made sweet n' sour sauce to go with tempura chicken for dinner. "That's the best meal I've had in a long time, I don't want any English food from now on". Nice to get a compliment BUT, I can tell you NOW, that will not be happening...
