Don't feed the birds

I spotted this terrible sight while walking Brown Dog. As a rescue dog, found on the streets she is a terrible scavenger. There is so much edible rubbish strewn around my area that I often feel obliged to muzzle her.

I spied this man feeding the flying rats (AKA pigeons) on the estate. He is doing it by the sign (just about legible if you zoom in) that says it is an offence to feed birds-£100 fine. I despair. I have pointed out to other people doing this that they should, if they have to, use proper bird seed rather than white bread crusts. This doesn't make me very popular though as I am over 6 foot and have a muzzled dog, I do not experience physical violence.

In the evening went to see "Warfare" at the local cinema- very well done if a little grim.

On a positive note, I include an extra of the "Peoples Throne" which was nearby-not vandalised or damaged showing that locals will respect good public art (it was created by an artist who lived on the estate all his childhood. He is now sponsored by Armani)
