A Tiny Garden in NE Wales

Hostas, Hostas and more Hostas

Another lovely day of sunshine and blue skies BUT so much colder! Early start to Shrewsbury to get the car serviced and MOT'd. 8.00am check in. All done and passed the MOT.
Return journey, called into a lovely shop and cafe called Two Doves on Overton. Super tasty lunch and bought a softer than soft top and a lovely floaty long summer dress. Home and did a bit more supervising in the garden. Finally the front patio is starting to look great again. All the hostas in pots are gathered together in the shade and raised off the ground by a repurposed wooden pallet. They will all eventually be in terracotta pots.
Extras show just how much the sun has shine over this last week. The aeonium was green when I brought it out from winter protection and look how deep the red is now! Plus the apple trees (all in very large pots) are covered in blossom, buzzing with bees.
It's been a beautiful day. Well nearly, let's not spoil it with the voting news from England :&
