Something’s Missing

Another long stint at the allotment today, not so warm so perfect for pottering about. More salad stuff planted and sown and everything well watered but the main job was to get rid of the rabbit fence. Ripping it out, I was wishing I hadn’t dug it in so well! But it’s gone, just like the rabbits and if they come back then tough, they’ll have a free run of the place.
Just off to the pub now, ‘technical issues’ having scuppered our monthly online get together. I just have to sink the drink I’d poured … a tough life indeed.
