Windy Street, Chipping.

Always an interesting experience, this car is arriving on the main road from Longridge. If a vehicle is approaching from where the photo was taken it’s sometimes a tricky reverse for one of the vehicles. I suppose it is a good traffic calming measure.
I walked with W first thing, then some chores, then a short walk round Chipping. I then met Catherine for lunch at Brabin’s shop which is the oldest continuously operating retail premises in England, since 1668. The Cumbria Way starts tomorrow.
