Belt & Braces?

       My first reaction was "Four Forks ACHE! WHY?"  Then, possibly, common sense set in.
       "We" seem to be following "them-over-there" in the idea that a Parcel is DEEMED to be delivered if you lie it on the ground, somewhere close to a house and walk away.
       Hereabouts we don't suffer much from Porch-Pirates - BUT - if we did; without the message I'd not be aware if it had been stolen.
