I almost wish I was back at work

Actually I was just dabbling in some writing. But that gave way to more gardening, going to the dump, and buying turf and topsoil at the garden centre. And going shopping in Guildford Tesco. Being cashless they unlocked a trolley for me for free. I obviously passed the trustworthy test (it was either that or the Masonic handshake I gave to the man in the hi-viz jacket).

Downpour early evening. Rather lovely. The petrichor was wonderful after several dry days.

Rather chuffed to get an email from The Guardian today. They are using the photo from my blip last Monday in their weekend print edition for 9th May. Although you never know with these chappies. Last minute editorial changes etc. still, rather pleased with myself.
