A Musical Hat !!

Looking for an EB tonight and suddenly this came into my head !! It is the first pass as it will need a bit more development in the cold light of day !!
Hope to go to Lincoln castle tomorrow as it is Victorian for Lincoln's History weekend :-) thi k I will go in Victorian splendor !! Well there might be a few cogs, goggles etc as well :-)
