1st ride since..... when?

I've not been out on the bike for ages but today with perfect cycling weather: sunny but not too hot, I couldn't resist. It's been a while so the ol' legs were not as they were. Still managed to get them to do 50k..... at a slow pace. I often end up at Llyn Eiddwen because of the wonderful views in all directions. This is the bike against the monument to the poets looking south to the lake and source of the river Aeron which flows to the sea at Aberaeron (mouth of the Aeron).
