Pied Flycatcher day

We were lucky to both see this wonderful Male Pied Flycatcher and hear it’s almost constant singing today. It used to be a regular Summer visit to our valley but has become harder to find in recent years.

It was thanks to a local birder who found it just as I send a message suggesting I was going to look in a completely different area!

6 month Blood test just after this so fingers crossed for a normal result
