Before and After

I much prefer the before look with all her curls … however….
Took mom for her eye check up (at the same time as Jodie being in the groomers). Being that it was going to be an hour or so, I dropped mom off then moved the car into the car park and bumped into Ian Buckner. It was lovely catching up with him. Then I got a coffee for myself and mom and took them back to the opticians.
I’m glad I did as that was my breakfast and we didn’t leave till 1pm. (An hour and half appointment)
I tried to get mom into the coffee mill for lunch but they were full so I got the car and picked her up. I picked Jodie up then on my way back to the car stopped in at the mobility shop to look and chat about wheelie walkers for mom.
I ended up taking mom in to try some. The lady suggested that we take one to a nearby cafe to test it out but that proved to be a step too far for mom and we ended up turning back to the shop.
We then drove to Hebdon tearooms. There was a lady (Kay) from mom’s church there with her friend from Ilkley. They beckoned us over so we had a lovely time chatting with them. (Well, I did. Mom didn’t engage all that much).

Then finally walk the dogs and home.
