A SURVIVOR

I unexpectedly visited a village in Deepest Dorset in order to purchase some fuel for my car. Not only did the owner of the petrol station fill the car with fuel but where I paid was in the village shop. A kind woman driving a green Morris Minor led me there along single track roads.

The primitive Methodist chapel is just along the road built in 1854. I hope it’s still used in this sceptical and war weary world.
