Flower Friday

Much cooler today, but still pleasant and sunny. Managed to finally get an appointment with a GP for this afternoon. Called at Tittle Tattle Tearoom for coffee and chats, then a bit of shopping before returning home. Down the village again this afternoon for a bus to the next village. Early for my doctor's appointment so got off at a different stop and had a wander round before walking up to the surgery. When the doctor called me in she said she recognised me even though she had never treated me. We worked out that we had both worked at the hospital at the same time and had probably been in certain meetings together. I had been told how nice she was and she really was a lovely lady. Sorted a referral out for one problem, and she wanted to have more time to check out the still ongoing problem with my knees so I came away with another appointment for 2 weeks time. Coming back through the village I called at the pharmacy for a prescription the GP had sent through for me, and they had also already got my repeat prescription ready which I only ordered this morning, so a good day all round. Noticed the lovely flowers behind the war memorial so took a couple of photos. Wasn't sure if I liked the flowers on their own, or the image with the church in the background so popped one in extras.
