Humberbug

After a busy day at home we headed to Hull for tonight’s gig in a local hostelry.

I took this shot from the van, again lol, as we were crossing the Humber Bridge….. :-))

It was an extremely busy pub, C had to negotiate the punters whilst carrying his gear in and setting up.

Kicked off, everyone obviously up for a good night…..lots of applause after his first number, then his laptop touchpad stopped working!!! He couldn’t move around the screen to select his backing tracks… argh!!

After faffing good while, he dashed off to get his “old spare” from the van, sod’s law, it wouldn’t boot up….. meanwhile I was frantically troubleshooting to resolve the gremlins….. we eventually sorted it and got back on track.

Poor C did his full 90 mins without a break….. his voice was feeling it towards the end! Hope it holds up for tomorrow and Sunday :-/

Just heading back home, it will be 01.30 ish … we were up at 0800 this morning too!!!
