Passage planning.

We are off to Amsterdam via Ijmuiden tomorrow to meet up with Rosi and Nazir , our fantastic friends from India . They have looked after us so well for many visits and we hoped that they would visit us someday. Visas to UK are difficult for them because the UK is not signed up to the Schengen agreement. As they were in Europe visiting other friends in Spain , Sweden and Germany we decided that perhaps we should meet in the Netherlands . We should be able to make the crossing in under 24 hours
