On the second day of my trip to Kochi, I headed for Cape Ashizuri. It took me over three hours to reach the cape from the city of Kochi. Unlike the previous day and the following day, it was cloudy all day, but luckily it didn't rain at all. 

Captured this sign from the bus on the way back to the nearest railway station. I spotted many other similar signs around Kochi, which made me aware of the fact that future earthquakes are anticipated in particular areas of Japan including Kochi. This sign lets you know that the area around this sign is designated as an evacuation area in case of tsunami occurring after big earthquakes.
