A Tower of Giraffes

After a crazy night of thunderstorms which included hail battering of the roof, we prepared for the arrival of the Daniel Clan.

After they got everything sorted out we headed out to do the 4x4 trail and in search of beasties. It took a while but we eventually came across these fine fellas, a total of nine of them just wandering around and enjoying life.

The extras show some of the other “finds”. The Nyala was a lovely addition.

Supper done, we stayed indoors as the weather took hold again despite a beautiful sunset.

It’s been a grand day.
