Almost recognisable as a chick!

Poor little chick! No decorating marks for us.

I decided to use up some flexi so worked from home from 7-10am and then had the rest of the day off.

I ran Leo into College to save him bus trauma thanks to various bits of roadworks on the way in. I could scoot him around those with clever detours in the car.

Then at lunchtime mum and I headed out for a haircut. That was a fun logistical challenge as they have closed part of Cully high street for some gas work. Our hairdresser is just on the other side of the great divide so we had to scoot around various narrow lanes to get there.

It has been mayhem with HGVs ignoring all the signs and getting stuck when they try to use the lanes that they just can’t fit through.

By the time our next haircut is due the great divide should have shifted up the high street a bit so we can reach the salon from our side.

After that I chilled for an hour if so at home before heading back into Exeter to pick up Leo and take him to goalie training. What a hot session that was! I was glad to find a nice shady spot I could spectate from.
