Hello blossom

It’s not been the easiest of days, having been abandoned by JJ and the neighbours and left to deal with the gutter cleaner chaps.  Firstly, they were two hours late and I could have got a walk in before they arrived, so I wasn’t in the best of moods.

They said they couldn’t use our extension lead because it would melt, so used their own.  Then the boss disappeared off somewhere.  Our house took an hour and a half, by which time the neighbours had come back and gone out again without asking how things were going.   Neighbours No. 3 are away at the races for the weekend.

I had a ding dong via WhatsApp with next door and got verbal abuse back.  I’d said I was “passed off” and S said “though shot”, you get the drift.  Spell checker did its own thing.  The gutter chap used our electricity to do their front gutters before the boss came back, and said they’d use the neighbours extension lead for the back of their house and house No. 3, which had been left out attached to the electricity socket, and hoped it wouldn’t melt.  It didn’t.

All’s ok with the neighbours.  Spell checker made us see the funny side of it.
