'Lab Coats at parkrun'

Members of the Euan MacDonald Centre for Motor Neuron Disease Research at the University of Edinburgh leaving Edinburgh parkrun today. They had turned up, complete with their lab coats, and are fundraising for the Centre's research by running in the Edinburgh Marathon Relay, in three weeks' time. (extra).

Another beautiful morning, with a bit of a wind on the way back, this time. I've been advised to take things easy ('no sprinting', he said - very relative since even my sprinting speed is not all that much faster than many walkers, these days!). But I did try it out, and I had an altogether gentler and more relaxing shuffle round today.
