This photo was taken in Lytham Hall grounds this morning, after the Parkrun. 

I stayed back a bit, during the run, to support friends and those doing the Couch to 5k training. We ran for 1 minute and then walked for 30 seconds all the way round. This is called jeffing. 

It was a bit cooler today and dull. Not as bright and sunny as it has been over the past few days.
