...the cockchafer.  Tim found him on his back on our balcony this morning, and helped him back upright.  He was very sluggish though - not sure if he was unwell, or just not warmed up yet.  I took a couple of photos with my macro lens, then relocated him to a nice big leaf in the front garden with a couple of drops of water on so he could have a drink.

Busy workday - struggled to get everything done on my to-do list, but I did do a lot.  So happy to finish and head into the long weekend.  Tim and I sat out in the summer house again in the evening, and watched the bats and the sunset.  Bliss!
