Ohhhh wow

This does not photograph well!

Smells and tastes amazing but looks like herby cement.

Garlic, parsley, red lentils, salt, walnuts, fresh broccoli all blended up and then put in pita breads and fried lightly. Kind of like falafel I guess. Smelled and tasted amazing with a mix left to have at the weekend and also some to freeze
