Wicker man

I watched this fire through binos and thought it looked a bit scary as a frame burned bright on the field.  I texted the farmer asking if it was intentional.  ‘Yes’ was all I got back.  

Gorgeous day again.  I had a long call from the new senior management group before having to hurtle out to talk to people delivering wine, or coming to mow the  lawn.  

After lunch I knocked off and started to prep for the weekend.  Had my nails done and did some errands in Petersfield.  

Back home for a lovely evening in the garden - tidying things up and enjoying sitting out in the sun.
