Another dodgy IR heat lamp condemned for various reasons, one of them being that the cross sectional area of the copper in the wires that's stated/printed on the outside of the mains lead is incorrect. In reality it was about a quarter of what it claimed to be and what it should have been, so it certainly doesn't comply with the claimed CE certification, and therefore can't be legally sold in this country, Europe, and probably many more parts of the world.  Sadly this is not the first time I've noted this from products coming from a certain country. Some dodgy manufacturers over there, and surely other folk have noticed this...
