Sasquatch secured

I had to make a quick trip down to the village this morning, spotted this bike in the grass by the beach, and pulled over to take a photo. 
It's our neighbour Bill's birthday today. We took him out for lunch, but all-day breakfast is served at the Rock Salt, so we ended up having breakfast! Delicious, it was. No supper tonight, a break from cooking. Yay!
Sad news from Renata. She found the nest on the ground, no baby birds. She isn't sure what got to them.  :-(
