Eva had a PC combined training rally this morning at Aylesford. Jack was really good for the dressage but she had quite a few refusals in the jumping. Have booked a private lesson with Hazel to see if we can iron things out before the ODE next weekend. It's frustrating as he looks sound, Eva says he feels great and after he's refused he'll then zoom round and fly over it. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. I just have this niggling anxiety something is not right with him and this is him trying to tell us. 

Shona was at the yard today as well so she gave Edie a lesson on Jack when we got back. It was just walk and trot so not too taxing for him. Edie did really well. Getting a more balanced trot now. 

Then Eva dragged me off shopping as we needed to get a bday present for a friend and a few other bits and bobs including more school trousers for Tobes as he just keeps growing!! He has his work experience next week so can't go in with ankle grazers!
