Swanning Around

Headed out for a walk at the park late afternoon and a pair of lovely black swans landed in the lake very close by.   I missed catching a shot of their landing but they eventually waddled up to the lawn where I was standing and this one posed very nicely for photos!! : )
Spotted another lovely wedding there too this time a very big Bridal Party all under a huge Morton Bay fig tree, quite a sight! : ). Also a crazy ibis which couldn’t seem to stop shaking his feathers caught my eye and the two swans together!  ; )
I spent a little bit of time this morning with the lady who used to look after the garden here. She’s back for a few days and then off again, but she was determined to clean up the garden so that I had some space to do things which was lovely of her!! Can’t wait to get all my bulbs planted, daffodils, iris, and some more anemoneswoo hoo!! : )
