Toy story was never this rough

Early in the Spiderman story arc, Peter Parker (Spiderman) was going to use his new abilities to make money for himself as a pro wrestler. He won the fight (obviously) but was cheated out of his prize money so, when the owner was robbed, Peter let the robber get away. That robber went on to kill Peters Uncle Ben, who had always said that with great power comes great responsibility and thus the hero emerged.
