Past there best

These were the one the Tesco manager gave me when I was unwell. They lasted well but now are finished. This is the first picture I have taken for over a week
Feeling quite unwell today. Coughing most of the night. Drs on Tuesday me thinks
I didn't go to church but stayed home. Didn't watch on line as I fell asleep til midday.
I was given a beef joint yesterday and Wednesday I will pick up another for Graham to cook for the community meal
