Horses

It was a lot cooler out this morning - and I was glad I had put a fleece on. The sun was nice but there was a very chilly wind blowing. The field at the end of our road has four new residents - three of them are shown here! The fourth one (a white/grey) kept a long way off in a corner so I couldn’t get a good shot of it. They certainly have plenty of grass to munch, a few trees to trim and a bath full of water.

I had fun with the cats today - I found a remote control Meccano car in my cupboard and had it whizzing around the lounge floor. The cats were going mad and chasing it up and down! Even when I stopped it while we had lunch, they were curious and kept patting it to see if it would move. Much better than a clockwork mouse :-)
