riding his bike and me walking behind him 6,5km in the hilly forest road. We both got some decent exercise. Then I went out with Ilkka to get his groceries and his coffee with a huge doughnut. And then some walking with Ilkka. 

I saw J that I'm supposed to assist tomorrow. He has no money, so I suggested we'd go hike in Lapakisto. He can ride his bike there and we'll meet at the parking lot. I told him to take water and some snacks. He's not in that good shape, so it will be very goo training for him too. Sometimes when he's not had any money he has played  playstation games with his assist companion for 3 hours. I think that is such a waste of time. I approve only if the weather has been too bad. 

Anyway. I plan to go swim tomorrow morning. I haven't been in ages. First I had the Flu and the weeks of coughing and then I had the trip and then the stomach issues. So I hope I can finally make it tomorrow. Also have a session with L at 10 am, so I need get a move on early in the morning if I wanna swim...
