Faffing with Farfalle
I know pasta is easy to make but it's even easier to buy a bag of it from the supermarket. However today I decided to make some of my own. I've had the pasta machine for about 30 years and probably used it about once every five years in that time, and always say I must use it again. Well, this time I will, because I only used half of the pasta dough for tonight's meal, and the rest only keeps two days in the fridge.
It's going with a vegetarian Angela Hartnett recipe using spinach, broccoli, gorgonzola and mint. And garlic, of course. If it tastes good, I'll add it to my recipe database app.
