has a street named after Beau! Who knew! A detour on the way back from locating a venue, and although busy I think it used to be busier than it was today. It was a relief to get out of the crowds and into the park, for Beau too! Mountain Warehouse had an extra 20% off and so I was able to get a £100 pair of sturdy trainers for £47. I was advised last year to not wear footwear with flexible soles, and to wear sturdy and supportive footwear. These kind of shoes help reduce the arthritis pain in my big toes, and keep the plantar fasciitis at bay.
