Halved
How hard do you think it is to cut a frozen haggis in half? Well, it’s a lot harder than that! But with the pair of us taking turns with the trusty X-treme Edge knife (and a Karg Maß glass full of hot water to keep the blade running smooth) we managed it. The reason for all that work? Way too big a haggis. The end result? A fine haggis, celeriac and sauerkraut casserole for our dinner and tons left over for tomorrow.
Otherwise I’ve been doing as little as possible other than some holiday stuff; a couple of flights booked, a hotel in Chengdu booked then cancelled and a different hotel booked. That one might get cancelled too, we’ll see.
