Walk through the wood to the shore.

We are back home -it's so nice to walk round our familiar places and relax. Delighted to see 2 egrets , 4 herons and some shell duck.
Also delighted to discover that the nest box beside the fig tree has a family of sparrows enjoying being there. I may manage to get my camera out and capture some pictures of the babies. 
The garden is so lovely just now - at its best in spring. I will take some photos tomorrow.
