Taken through the window

A change in the weather today, more cloud, windy and not a lot of sun.

This morning had breakfast, then did housework upstairs, brought the vacuum down, turned round to pick something up and twisted my foot underneath me, Ouch.  Rested it, put ice on, and then spent time on my feet and moving about. Friend came round this afternoon.
