Riverbank

There’s been a sign up for at least month saying we can’t cross the bridge that leads through Woolbeding woods as it’s basically been condemned. The thing is, people (including us) have been walking over it for years and nothing has changed. More annoyingly, though, is that the sign they’ve put says it’s closed for six months (!) - and all they’ve done so far is put crime scene tape across either end. No work whatsoever has been done. So, whoever it was who pulled said tape off (it wasn’t us) can be forgiven for their actions. Anyway, we had a lovely walk along the river this morning, at our own risk, and the bridge was fine.
