Barbecue....past its best

Had a nice long lie in and then a slow start to the day. Leg ulcer has caused no pain at all today.

Settled down at 2pm to watch the match on my laptop.  Newcastle had an away game against Brighton.  It was a disappointing game as Newcastle didn't play as well as they should have.  Brighton scored on the 28th minute. Then there were three penalty calls for Newcastle.  Two were not given after VAR checks and the last one was given.  ( All 3 were  correct  decisions as far as I could tell.)   Newcastle scored the penalty on the 89th minute to level the score at  1 - 1 and that was the final score.  So one point for The Toon.  Could have done with 3 though as they need all the points they can get at the moment to make sure they secure a Champions League spot next season.

After the match I went out into the back garden to do a bit more tidying.  Garden bin is full now.

Found an old rusty barbecue in the far corner of the garden so its my blip today.  ( its in the bin now ).  Tagged it for the Derelict Challenge.  Thanks to Marlieske for hosting.

Weather today was quite chilly and dull. Needed a coat whilst gardening.  And the heating has been on for a while this evening.
