Nidderdale

Long walk on a very hot day.  To try to avoid the heat we were up and out early - the first car in the tiny car park at Middlesmoor.  As the day grew hotter and hotter shade became almost impossible to find.  Jaffa was finding it increasingly difficult, and at one stage I think we were both worried that she was just too hot to continue.  When we got back to Middlesmoor we went inside the pub and she was able to just collapse on the cold stone floor and cool down.
