Silver Otter

This is my midlife crisis - buying a boat.  

Hopefully she'll be ready to go in the water in about three weeks - just waiting on a marine engineer to do some servicing and other bits and pieces.  We're working through many other little jobs to get her ready too.  She was built in the early 90s so at more than 30 years old there are plenty of things.to tidy up!  

Today she got her new name applied, although frustratingly (and in spite of final proofs that were perfect) the font isn't what I wanted at all.  We'll see what the supplier of the decals has to say on Monday, but that job may need re-done :-(  Or maybe I'll just leave it for now - bigger fish to fry...
