Enjoying the Sunshine

After a frost we had a lovely sunny day with around 17c. 

I had my Concussion Clinic appointment at midday. It was on the other side of the city. Because It was sunny it effected me so felt really sick when I arrived. It was good to get advice on what I should do. She thought I would benefit from seeing a Vestibular Physiotherapist. I have an appointment for Wednesday next week. Also I will have to have my eyes checked to make sure all is okay. 


On my way home I visited a garden centre and bought some Tulips and containers for them. I planted them when I got home.
